23rd, 2002.

Jeff Smith is the owner with 25 years of cooking experience.
He has an outgoing personality and enjoys new visitors as much as all the
regular patrons.

Florrie Decker
Other than smiling a lot and making everyone happy, Florrie has been doing the accounting for the One Man Band of Santaquin since April 2004, bussed tables on busy weekends, now weekend backup cook since April 2005.
Wade Dodds
Day Shift Manager;
He's been with One Man Band for about three years, and is an excellent cook with years of experience! He has a wonderful personallity, so be sure to come by and enjoy his cooking expertise!

Busser/Cashier;
Jeff Dodds (pictured on the right) is our lead busser, who has been with us since our opening. He is an outstanding, hard worker, whos dedication is a great asset to customer service and the business.
Ken Smith
Night Cook;
Ken is an excellent cook! He went from a busser/cashier to a cook and gives great customer service.
He is clean and efficient.
